These Terms apply to all users of this website and all purchases made through ATR.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. ATR reserves the right to:

Limit quantities per order
Modify or discontinue products without notice
Cancel orders if stock is unavailable

If stock issues arise, customers will be notified and offered a refund or alternative.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. ATR reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
Accepted methods include card, PayPal and buy-now-pay-later services where available
Orders may be cancelled if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership transfers once full payment is received
Risk transfers upon delivery
Customers must ensure delivery arrangements are suitable

7. Warranty

All ATR e-bikes include a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Full details are available on our Warranty & Support page.

8. Use of Products

Customers are responsible for using ATR products safely and in accordance with local laws.

ATR is not liable for misuse or improper operation
Customers must follow all safety guidelines

Note: Some performance settings are intended for private property use only and may not be road legal.

9. Assembly & Maintenance

ATR bikes are supplied mostly assembled but require final setup.

Customers are responsible for correct assembly
Ongoing maintenance is required for safe operation

Professional assembly is recommended.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. ATR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATR is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
