We operate through a national distribution network to get your bike to you faster.

- Orders dispatched from the closest available location
- Alternate warehouse used if stock is unavailable nearby
This ensures the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.
Delivery Timeframes
NSW: 2–5 business days
Interstate (VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, NT): 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock location, courier networks and peak periods.
Regional & Remote Deliveries
Some regional or remote locations may incur additional freight charges.
We will always contact you first before processing your order.
No extra charges are applied without your approval.
Warehouse Collection
Important: ATR warehouses are third-party distribution centres — not ATR retail stores or shopfronts. ATR team members will not be present at the warehouse. Customers collecting their bike will be assisted by warehouse staff using their Collection Order Number only.
- Contact ATR before placing your order to confirm stock location and availability
- 24–48 hours notice required to arrange collection
- Full payment required before collection
- A Collection Order Number will be provided after payment is received
Collection Hours (Monday – Friday only):
- Morning: 9:30am – 12:00pm
- Afternoon: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
No weekend or public holiday collections available.
Assembly & Packaging
- 95% pre-assembled — ready to ride quickly
- Basic setup can take approximately 30–45 minutes
- Assembly instructions included in the box
- Professional assembly by a bike mechanic is optional but recommended

Shipping Protection Guarantee
ATR guarantees delivery of every order. If your shipment is lost in transit, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
- All deliveries require a signature on delivery
- A redelivery fee may apply if no one is available at the delivery address
- If your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact ATR support — we'll make it right
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within your expected dispatch window, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
