Our goal is simple — to provide reliable, high-value e-bikes backed by responsive support and practical solutions when you need them most.

12-Month Manufacturer Warranty

All ATR e-bikes include a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, giving you added peace of mind when buying online.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults relating to:

  • Motor and controller
  • Battery and electrical components
  • Frame structural integrity
  • Display and wiring faults
  • Manufacturer-related defects

If something is not right, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or issues caused after delivery that are outside manufacturer fault.

  • Brake pads, tyres, tubes and other consumable wear items
  • Chains, gears and routine maintenance items
  • Water damage or improper storage
  • Crash damage, impact damage or misuse
  • Unauthorised modifications or alterations
  • Damage resulting from incorrect assembly or setup

Parts, Repairs & Troubleshooting

Depending on the issue, ATR may provide one or more of the following:

  • Troubleshooting guidance by email or message
  • Replacement parts shipped directly to you
  • Support with simple at-home fixes
  • Guidance on suitable local bike repair options where needed

Our priority is to get you back riding as quickly as possible with the least disruption.

Battery Care Guidance

To maximise battery life and performance, we recommend the following:

  • Charge regularly and avoid leaving the battery fully flat for extended periods
  • Store the battery in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid unnecessary full discharge where possible
  • Use only the charger supplied with your bike

Like all lithium batteries, battery performance will reduce gradually over time through normal use.

Compliance & Safe Riding

ATR bikes are supplied with settings aligned to NSW road-use requirements at dispatch.

  • 250W compliant setting
  • Pedal Assist System required for compliant road use
  • Throttle settings limited for compliance where applicable

Important: Any higher-performance settings are intended for private property use only. Riders are responsible for using their bike lawfully in their state or territory.
