14-Day Return Policy We want you to love your ATR e-bike. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Sealed in the original box
- Completely unused and in original condition
- In fully resellable condition (no scratches, marks, or signs of use)
Approval Required All returns must be reviewed and approved for resale by the Business Director before a refund is issued. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Faulty/damaged item claims are not subject to the 14-day window.
